This Privacy Policy explains how Fujian FarmJewel Biotech Co., Ltd. ("FarmJewel", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit our website or submit an inquiry. Email inquiry records are retained for 12 months. Server logs (no PII) are retained for 30 days. Error reports (PII-scrubbed) are retained for 90 days.
We share submitted inquiry data with Zapier (automation platform, U.S.-based, Standard Contractual Clauses in place) for the sole purpose of routing your inquiry to our sales team. Your data is stored in our Sanity CMS (cloud-hosted). We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
Your data may be processed outside your country of residence, including in China (where FarmJewel is headquartered) and the United States (Zapier). Where required by law, we transfer data under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) to ensure a level of data protection equivalent to your home jurisdiction.
Under GDPR (EU), LGPD (Brazil), and PIPL (China), you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request erasure (the "right to be forgotten"); data portability; and object to processing.
